CLÉ 101: Product Development
Creating a high-quality product is never an easy task. To ensure clarity and consistency, we would like to share our standard process, which also helps us avoid missing any critical steps that could impact the final product.
Step 1: Understanding Customer Inquiry and Clarée's Support Role
We begin by thoroughly understanding the customer's needs, inquiries, and branding requirements, along with Clarée's role in supporting and assisting throughout the process.
Step 2: Sampling and Paneling
In this stage, Clarée provides sample formulations, packaging options, and test results. This allows us to assess and approve the product before moving forward to mass production.
Step 3: Registration Process
Once the formulation is approved and labeling details are finalized, Clarée's team will proceed with registering the product notification, which typically takes around 30 days.
Step 4: Production
The production timeline varies depending on the product but generally takes approximately 30 to 60 days.
Step 5: Delivery Process
For imported products, delivery to the customer's warehouse usually takes about 20 to 30 days.
